Was chattin with Ake earlier today and we traded a couple recipes...Hell we all gotta eat..right? Lucky for you people that play intruments with your fingers.....So..yeah not music related..but I am gonna share a meat marinade(For beef) that stood out since I was a kid...my dad was a fireman..and they had their annual station picnic every summer..and when that happened they cooked some beef roasts on an open spit...and they were the bomb. After about 40 years of looking..my sis found the secret recipe. And here it is..
2 cups Cabernet Wine
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Whole Garlic(Remove the skins from the cloves and seperate them)
3 Tablespoons Sugar
Throw all of the above in a blender and blend thoroughly. After that...add 1/2 cup Italian seasoning..and there you have it. Marinate for at least 2 days. Then BBQ or broil:D
Bon Apetit...

Wikiloops brings musicians from around the world to my home. How would we otherwise ever have the opportunity to play with all of these great musicians?
