I live on the coast in Brighton city,
Nick Cave lives a block away from me.
Nick Cave throws a lot of noisy parties,
They go on till two (and sometimes three).
I asked him nicely if he'd keep the noise down,
He looked at me as if I'd gone quite mad.
He called me boring geriatric,
I told him he looked like Lou Reed's dad.
Someone urinated in my mail box,
I'm pretty sure that Nick Cave did the deed,
Trouble is, I've got no way to prove it,
He is the original bad seed.
Nick Cave is my nemesis,
Darkness in the light,
Blemish on the face of my home town.
He's the one that started this,

Mister, I am going to bring you down...
I ordered Nick a half a ton of horse sh*t,
Had it dumped right outside his front door.
You should have seen his face when he first saw it.
Suck it up Nick, I got plans for more.
Nick Cave's wife and my wife got together,
Tried to force us both to stop the feud.
We shook hands and gave our solemn promise.
(I ain't nearly finished with that dude.)

I should point out that this is a work of (pretty silly) fiction. I have never met Mr Cave and wish him no ill will - I actually enjoy his music.
It is, however, completely true that he lives a couple of streets over from my house. AFAIK he is a model citizen who donates to charities but occasionally there are loud parties heard from that general direction. Probably NOT him but people do stop in my street and say "Bloody Nick Cave".
I thought it would be fun to set a stupid, escalating domestic feud story with him as the antagonist. TBH, that kind of schtick is not even all that original - "Family Guy" does it all the time.
