Dumb Old Drummer Trying To Jam Along

Hello everyone, love the site and will be upgrading if we can figure this out. Have tried in a few browsers.

After downloading a song, recording myself whacking stuff with sticks in time(?) to the song, returning to the page downloaded from & clicking "remix" I see this:

If image doesn't work, it shows "replying to session #" but no actual button to upload other than "start a new".

Just to check , is this what you are doing?

Underneath the waveform , you should click "Remix".

Next you should see this. Select the instrument added then next prompt,Pick the green box to upload a mp3 or wav file.

Next check both boxes to accept the agreement

File will upload. You then need to Type a title in before the button at bottom turns green. Once title is entered "Publish this track" button will turn green and click it.

If you do it this way and you are still getting the error in your photo:

1. It has something to do with being a non supporter status . I believe a non supportor status is only allowed one upload per day

You can get a supporter status for as low as $5 for a few weeks by going to "How to", then "Support Wikiloops". You wont have to do a subscription and just $5 one time donation will give you unlimited uploads and downlaods without a commitment for those few weeks.

Follow my screenshots and if thats what you are doing you are doing it right. Then its a non supporter status thing.

Suspected it was a subscription thing, been paying to play for a long time. That site is sadly in decline. As I said to the owner there 'you can't buy toilet paper for $5 per month'. I get gift cards for Christmas they will be spent here.

I got ya for a month. You are now magically a supporting member for a few weeks.You can upload/downlaod as often as you wish.

That fixed it, thank you very much! Every song I click now & then the corresponding remix button gives option to upload to that project.

I'm gonna find a song of yours that needs drums.
