While looking at this page: https://www.wikiloops.com/artist/Ernie440.php
I got an warning displayed inline (the page loads and I get to see everything I am interested in, but the warning randomly appears between the normal content):

Works fine here. Try ctrl+f5 , see if it's back to normal.
