My son shows me this one on Spotify. Some one loaded a remix to spotify!

Hey Andreas,
how did your son spot this tune? By accident? Hard to believe... :)

The name does not ring any bells with me, all I'm absolutely sure about is: Neither me nor wikiloops did approve any spotify uploads, so this seems to be a license breach.

I took a quick look, but could not spot a "report track" function on spotify, I do not hold an account over there, so that may be why.
I would suggest you try to report the track, I believe there is a high chance they will take it down.

good point, he's using Routenote, as stated below that YouTube video.

On routenote.com, they do offer a copyright claim form (funnily in form of a google form - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdt6ThFWDu-Ha_tnZI1HJeCXM2jLvXiZnEcAI5xVJCW9kj2Hg/viewform ).

I'd use that instead of trying spotify, that way the youtube vid and all other submissions would be eventually removed, too. Chances are the person will get kicked out of that service for good, as he/she/it/dunno has broken the Routenote terms just as well as our license.
