Let plan and achieve tribute of Creedence Clearwater Revival

My idea is a part of our general wiki things to create band and plan and do tributealbum ofCreedence Clearwater Revival. Of course it will be covers. Do we have entusiast for same.

My idea is to start with some tribute.Creedence are not difficult.It is important to get in some vocalist.:)Once get we can decided which songs.I know havy ever seen the rain,Proud Mary ,etc

I love singing CCR songs, though I am still training in the higher vocal ranges, so some songs might take a little longer to nail perfectly, but I would love to give it a try.

(On the plus side, that also means, that I can always easily add background vocals an octave lower)

Lodi is a relatively straight forward classic we have done in other bands etc. I know I've done some others but drums is drums.....

It's funny when people have common reference points, an old bandleader would call out an original tune the rest of the band knew except me and he would say things like "Think CCR, sloshy hihat, steady pocket.......and 1,2,3 !!!" And we would be off......

It was an idea but as covers not allowed in Wikiloops we just should stick to jam tracks in that style but not tribute.
