CD Cover is not right

I noticed when I made a new album today that the cover of the cd is not right It gives only track numbers and no names and the back is white and not blue tought you wanted to know
I just saw that when I downloaded the zipfile and unpacked the cover isn't showing up on the separat tracks normaly it does
