I've had the Il Fornaio baking book, by Franco Galli, since the early 90's and always loved its poetic, philosophical tone. This is the book which says that there are 2 types of people in the world, Crusties or Doughies. I was half leafing through the introduction and half listening to Keiton's track and this song emerged, fully baked, like a little bun in my head.
