I always try to test different things. Sometimes the bass sounds really weird, but this way I think I'll learn to adjust the tone. +1

Aito I have two ways to do that. Short guide:

1) This song has 3 bass tracks.

Normal 40Hz-3000hz. No other effects than compressor, eq, amp sim.

Metallic sound 200Hz-5000Hz

And some fuzz sound 700Hz-5000Hz

2) 2 or 3 bass tracks

Basic sound 40-250Hz
Heavy metal sound 250-5000Hz (Darkglass b7k is my favorite)

Those numbers are just a guideline. I also adjust a lot with eq and use compressor. +1

Aito I use amp and pedal copies.I download them from tonehunt.

I'm a poor man, so I can't buy a real darkglass pedal 😂 But I'll buy one someday, so at least I have something to dream about now.🙂 +0
