I did some bass for the percussion track. I left some room for others to add some parts on top while trying to create a harmonic structure. It is basically in Eb. The bass line outlines Fm - AbM - Gm - EbM I believe those are the qualities. The middle section introduces a Cm arpeggio outlining the 5/8 structure and then adds a Fm theme to that and then back to the main theme..

love the voice part at the end. are you playing a real violin that is connected to midi?

Thanks,yes I use a violin which has a midi sensor per string and connected to a Roland GR55 guitar multi-effects pedal... and there are a multitude of sounds in there :)

My main instrument is guitar, but I have played percussion and drums now for years, much in order to create tracks to inspire compositions and improvisations for guitar and other tonal instruments. This had such tracks but I was curious what percussion would inspire in others. You delivered !
