It was the night before Christmas
Everything seem so right
The snow was fallen down
As we all sat in candle light
Singing Christmas songs
As we drank our wine by the fire
Reminiscing about our child hood
As the children sleep up stairs
We know it would not be long
Before dawn came around
So we hustle and shuffled
Out into the garage
Brought in all the gifts
Place them neatly under the tree

How we could not wait to get up
